Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free on all orders above $100 from payaboutique.com.au and within Australia. For your convenience, we deliver via AusPost eParcel to anywhere in Australia. PAYA boutique aims to deliver within 3 working days of your order being placed however deliveries to WA, NT and regional areas may take up to 10 business days. Please note we do ship goods to addresses outside of Australia as well.
Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product(s) to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you via email when your order is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details.
Don't worry if you're not at home when the product/s are delivered. Australia Post will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your new order will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.
PAYA boutique is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund.
From time to time, you may purchase a product that doesn't suit you or simply doesn't fit.
To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, PAYA offers you a 7-day Return Policy within Australia on goods that have been purchased online (via this site) that are unused and in a saleable condition.
Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:
Earrings, swimwear and underwear
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, swimwear and underwear are unable to be returned for change of mind.
- international purchases
- Sale /reduced items. All sale and reduced items are final.
All products must be in an undamaged, unworn condition, with all labels and product swing tags attached for you to be able to return them. If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you.
To make a return, simply follow the steps below:
Contact PAYA on 0410 483 710 or email@example.com with your order details and reason(s) for the return.
Return the item(s) to us in the same condition it was received and if possible with all packaging.
Once we have received the returned goods, we will email to inform you. Our Returns Team will inspect all returns within two business days to ensure they are in an undamaged and unworn condition.
We will issue a full refund of the purchase price (minus any shipping charges paid) to the original credit card for all item(s) returned in a saleable condition. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

PAYA is unable to offer exchanges on return items via our online store. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order in the correct size and/or colour.
Please note that all orders purchased using Paypal can only be returned for a refund via our online returns process that can be found www.payaboutique.com.au/page/return-policy. Orders made with Paypal cannot be exchanged in-store and must be returned online for a refund.
